ROAD TECHNICIANS

Requirements:
Our service department is currently seeking two full time forklift technicians. Three to five years experience preferred to service the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas. Candidate must have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Technical background in diagnostic skills involving hydraulics, internal combustion, transmissions, engines, gasoline, drive train systems, diesel and LP. Experience with electric forklifts a plus! Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle difficult and demanding situations in a professional manner. Candidate must have a professional appearance and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
-Diagnose all make and model forklifts and allied equipment.
-Dismantle engines and all other parts of equipment.
-Rebuild engines and all other major components.
-Repair and replace faulty parts.
-Periodic maintenance.
-Warranty service.
-Emergency service.
-Fill out work orders and service & parts requisitions.
-Ensure van is stocked and replenished.


SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Requirements:
We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for a Sales position in Philadelphia and Central New Jersey areas. This individual should have a strong work ethic, high energy, great people skills and a drive to succeed. We prefer 3-5 years sales experience in the Industrial Equipment field. So if you have sky-high ambitions this is the Sales position for you.

Responsibilities:
-Prospecting and new account development. Building your own customer portfolio.
-Customer relations and calling on existing customers.
-Strategic approach to sales, with a high energy, enthusiastic and great communication skills.
-Once you obtained a customer you will handle the entire process of maintaining a relationship with the client to meet their material handling needs.
-Ensuring customer satisfaction and communication between customer, technicians and office personnel.
-Understanding the equipment and services in order to craft solutions matching the customer’s needs.
-Must be familiar with the material handling industry.
-You should be able to effectively utilize and deploy resources in a customer’s environment to manage the objectives.
-Building credibility for Company, equipment, products and services.
-Negotiate Long-term contracts.
-Creative Sales Presentations.

PARTS MANAGER

Requirements:
Our parts department is currently seeking a high energy, highly organized, dedicated person to manage the parts department. Computer skills and a minimum of 3-5 years parts management experience a must. Knowledge of Minitrac a plus! Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task. You must be detail oriented and be able to manage time efficiently while operating in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Managing parts department staff, and provide periodic performance reviews.
-Ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage daily operations of parts department to ensure a standard of customer service that exceeds customer and management expectations.
-Timely vendor paperwork. Maintain vendor order back log, and ensure vendor returns are done in a timely manner. Execute vendor recalls.
-Communication with accounting department regarding vendor purchase orders, invoicing and credits.
-Ensure incoming orders are checked in and distributed in a timely manner. Notification to the service department of parts receipts.
-Daily van replenishment.
-Train technicians and associates in product knowledge and safety.
-Be proactive in developing and prospecting new customer accounts. Maintaining continuous contact.
-Maintain parts storage area in good order for maximum accessibility/accountability of inventory.
-Maintain inventory control.
-Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts (physical inventory). And conduct periodic inventory of vans.
-Handle customer complaints.
-Actively promote safety and good housekeeping including the proper disposal of hazardous waste, scrap parts and materials.
